生平第一次做領隊．

百感交集．

有開心有唔開心．

還好的是, 我有一班好乖(通常)的學生

對美國的印象又改變了一些．

Welcome back to the US. Glad you are still alive in SD, so do u have fun there? As you know I'm in LA, just two and a half hours drive to San Diego. Anyways, are u planning to go to LA? or I can come down to SD if you wanna meet me. Drop me a line if you can

Hey Bro ! Oh I am so jealouse of your experience XD Well ~ I should interview to be a leader as well !!

On the other hand, I am wondering how to be stronger by dumbbells or other exercises. I want to have more muscles honestly.

Recently I do sit-up, rope skipping and using dumbbells to increase strength and muscle size. Do you have any advises and suggestions ? Thanks
